I am so grateful to Charisma for making my laser hair removal so easy. Great advice, friendly service talking me through all my questions and potential concerns. It was the best thing I have ever done! It doesn’t hurt, results are great and the staff made me feel at ease. I tell lots of people about it because I strongly recommend it. Charisma have been amazing in recommending I try the herbal green peel for my face. I have suffered with blemishes from having acne as a teenager. The green peel has helped improve my skin, as well as giving me back my confidence. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone, who suffers with their skin I have been coming to this beauty salon for years & always highly recommend it. Personal experience of the variety of treatments including waxing, eyebrow threading, tinting, lashes & skincare treatments are of fantastic quality and great value for money. Went to get my eyebrows threaded as usual and the therapist ruined them by taking more out of one side - when I showed her, she completely denied it and asked one of the other therapists who agreed with me. They tinted over them which I didn’t want but they said it would be the best option and natural. I was then charged for the threading, despite them ruining them and the tint being dark and noticeable which I had said I didn’t want. Unfortunately there is a lot of new, under trained staff so I will not be visiting again - my friends who used to visit also warned me and I wish I’d listened

Always a lovely experience in the salon - so friendly and always leave with my hair feeling great! Great service, the lady that did my hair really looked after me, was very friendly, polite and professional. I am very happy with my haircut and will defo return to this place.

My experience at Charisma has been great. I am 3 sessions into my treatment and I have seen a great reduction in my hair growth. I was a bit worried going into it but the ladies have always made me feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get laser hair removal.
