I had a 29 seater booked for my hen weekend in Liverpool. I can not recommend this company enough. When booking this coach James was very professional and helpful with advising me of times to set off etc. The driver arrived at the pick up point promptly and was absolutely fantastic (sorry I can’t remember his name we were all rather drunk) he stopped when we needed to use the bathroom or to get food no problem at all. Again he arrived promptly on the Sunday to bring us home with the same fantastic service we received on the way down. I would definitely use Charlotte Travel again. Keep up the good work guys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! had the worst experience with their drivers! Very rude and abrupt! Company needs a serious evaluation of their drivers and their driving standards. My party was close to being involved in an incident due to the driver being very aggressive and hostile... not what you want when they are in control of 40 odd people’s life’s!! Drivers were also very pushy on times and demanded my party left otherwise we would be left.. no consideration was made for the circumstances of the travel! There are a lot of other coach companies which we have used and this was the first and certainly last time we will be using Charlottes coaches! Serious evaluations needed from this company if it wishes to stay in business because you won’t last long running your business with drivers like that!
