Helen Byne5 StarChichester Gas Services installed our new boiler last year. Following the great service we received at that time, I'm pleased to say that I've been really impressed with their service again recently. Our boiler pressure had dropped and I was unsure how to bring it back up so I contacted them by email. They responded within 8 minutes, offering to have someone with me within the next hour!!! I wasn't able to be home so arranged for a member of their team to be with me first thing the next morning. I also recently had a problem with no hot water. Again they replied to my email within 15 minutes and arranged to be with me the next day. Both of these visits were free of charge (as my boiler was under guarantee). As with my previous dealings with Chichester Gas Services, I was very impressed with the service I received and found Anthony and his team to be completely genuine and reliable. They 'go the extra mile' for the customer. I would definitely recommend them.Friday 20th August 2021
