Jamielee Smallshaw1 StarWould not recommend. My family have been using this taxi company for years so we are very well known and reliable customers. We’ve always been treated with respect but it’s a shame that this driver has ruined this reputation. Ordered a taxi from b&q had a few things and a bedroom door. I knew that if we was sent a taxi that wasn’t large enough I would go back and return the door: the taxi driver drove up to us shook his head and drove off before we could even respond. This is disgusting customer service and if I treated someone like this whilst I was working I would have some serious consequences!Monday 9th May 2022
