We love Cineworld in ely , the Staff are always polite and very helpful.. we watched Sonic the hedgehog 2 and we all loved it. A great place to bring the family or just yourself and have the latest movies 🎬

Cineworld is located at Ely leisure just off the A10 at the roundabout leading to Little Downham. As you arrive you enter a huge carpark that has several takeaways each served by the quality carpark and each outlet has several dedicated disabled bays. Cineworld has several disabled bays opposite the entrance. The footpath is smooth with a slight incline leading up from the carpark but nothing too challenging for wheelchair users. There is also two car charging points in the car park but sadly they are in the corner by the swimming baths. Way too for for me to tackle. The cinema itself is staffed by friendly helpful staff and we found them to be happy in their job. Ticket prices are the same as all the other cinemas and reasonable, the food is expensive as one would expect but if you want the entire experience you get what you pay for. The reception is clean and well presented as is the screen rooms as well. We did notice that many of the people entering were struggling to see which row was what, maybe the illuminated alphabetic row indicators needed cleaning as they are walked on all the time. Toilets were all clean and all stocked with the necessary requirements. A good cinema offering everything you need for the complete movie and snack experience without worrying about carpark charges . Highly recommended.

Cinema and staff were lovley and lots of parking. Be really careful in the cinema if it's wet outside. The floor is really shiny and we both nearly slipped over. Had we gone down we really would have hurt ourselves

A pleasant retreat for any day either on your own or with friends and family. Just like any other Cineworld, staff is very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area also gives you the possibility to enjoy your time through a variety of choices such as: one Pub (Isle of Ely), two restaurants (Arbuckles and Nando`s) , Mc Donald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Cafe. Car park is free for all and at times (especially evenings) is fully packed.
