From the time of the original quote to the finishing of the fitting we have been impressed with communication. They made an effort to ensure we had exactly what we wanted.
The fitting team were friendly and efficient and made a point of tidying up really well before they left.

Ben Mckeown1 StarBooked an appointment for a quote for new windows and doors, they came round, took measurements and then never got back to me on an actual quote despite being asked and reassured it was being done. Nearly three weeks have passed and still no quote or decent explanation as to why I haven't received my quote yet. Given they came into my house it is a worrying and disappointing they seem unwilling to provide a quote (if they can't be bothered or want my business that is fine, but let me know - not just enter my house and not even offer a quote) . I would recommend avoiding them whole heartedly based on my experience with them. Poor from start to finishMonday 21st September 2020
