The care home is dedicated to the provision of the finest care for its residents.

Isabel Brooks5 StarI cannot praise Clarence House highly enough. The utmost care and consideration is given to my mum and we are pleased and reassured.
The staff are friendly fun and efficient, and the management are kind and very well organised many activities take place from day to day and mum is never bored. I feel that she is loved appreciated and cared for as the individual that she still is. She loves the outings and the environment. The gardens are beautiful and made with residents comfort and stimulation in mind. It's such a difficult decision to make but the staff have made it so much easier.
The rooms are very clean and mums clothes are always kept and laundered beautifully.
It might not have 5 star luxury but it has 5 star care, which is what we wanted.

Mike Pinsent5 StarMy mum has been resident for 3 years. It is clean, no smells and well furnished. The staff are exemplary and they retain the same staff which is rare these days. Mum was in another home for 3 months...it was awful and we returned her immediately to this well run with gebuine caring staff.
