I have been fortunate enough to have Gail and her lovely team take care of my cleaning and ironing needs for many years. Usually when you hire a house cleaning team you get a mediocre service from a fairly half-hearted operation. Also, you need to think long and hard about who you going to have walking through the door and working in your home. Having Gail and her team at Clean and Tidy were a real breath of fresh air. They always turn up, without fail, week after week. They are pleasant people to have around, polite and they also work really, really hard and do an excellent job. I like the way they have turned cleaning almost into an art form, with all the nice touches that they include in the service. Gail and her team are one of the stars of their profession.

Dreadful!! Most expensive cleaners I've ever used and the worst by far! Had them for 3 weeks or so. The first time they did an amazing job, second a bit sloppy, last time was awful! Had to re-clean myself. They hadn't hoovered properly, food stains left on kitchen floor and surfaces, splashback hardly touched, shower had hairs sticking to sides. Took photos of all the mess they left behind and sent them to the company. When they phoned back I was told firstly that I should have told the cleaners at the time that they were missing bits (which kinda misses the point of having cleaners if I have to follow them around!) then they hinted that I'd made lots of mess after the cleaners had left, then they finally said they were baffled and they couldn't explain why my place was still dirty after the cleaners had visited! Don't waste your money, there's loads of cleaners around, find someone better.

I asked Clean and Tidy to do a deep clean of a rental flat that had been left in a mess by an exiting tenant. I gave them keys. TThey had as long as was needed. The flat was empty. The service offered was perfunctory at best. The bathrooms were still disgusting as was the kitchen, skirting boards not wiped, cobwebs still evident. A complete waste of my money tbh.

We had our first clean today and I am so impressed. Karen and Dawn are a credit to the business, they explained everything thoroughly and exceeded my expectations.
