Sensational! Being 38 (but feeling much older) I was a little worried heading down to my beginners gymnastics class... but didn't need to be. Kit the instructor was fantastic. He look the class forward with multiple different ability levels meaning you could push yourself forward if you wanted. By the end of the light I was landing forward somersaults and feeling rather chuffed with myself. The atmosphere was fun with everyone having a laugh and a good time. I'll be seeing you again very soon! Matt

3 of us were visiting Manchester for a 40th birthday and attended the beginner silks class in the Northern Quarter. It was absolutely brilliant, its a shame we aren't anywhere near to Manchester as we would all return. Becks was really warm and welcoming and even though we were complete novices and not very good she was brilliant at making us feel part of the class and giving us other options. We would def recommend this.

I am a 40 year old mother of 3 and I never would have thought I would have the strength, ability and confidence to do hoop. I started in the beginners class with the lovely Becky. She gave me the confidence to push myself and built a solid foundation of moves to build on. 3 months later I progressed to the intermediate class taught by Vix. She never fails to impress me with the amazing routines she gets us to do. Vix demos and explains so clearly and gives options for a range of abilities. I never feel like I under achieve and always feel challenged. The classes are filled with such friendly and supportive people - I have never once felt judged or pressured. Honestly, taking up aerial arts has been the best decision I’ve made in a long time. If you are even a bit curious, please just give it a go - it’s changed my life - no exaggeration.

Had the best time here on a hen do. Luanne put together a fun pole routine for us that was suitable for a variety of ages. After pole, Kit showed us the 'ropes' of ariel yoga. It was the first time for a lot of us and ended up being a big talking point for the rest of the weekend. We all had such an amazing time learning this new skill. Thanks to all the staff for making the weekend really special.
