Very poor customer service I have been trying to cancel my membership now since July 2021 and been emailing and ringing up to speak to the manger and all I get is he will ring you later and never does , so I’m paying for a gym that I don’t use or want to use no more. Staff are not helpful at all either .

Awful place very disappointed, avoid this place. This time the manager he’s very disrespectful and doesn’t greet people, I have no idea how he’s got that job he doesn’t have a basic customer service, nor the skills to be in that position. the music and the staff it’s a nightmare. And the sofas are so dirty and on top of that as you can see in the picture theres blood on the sofa. They don’t regularly clean the spa. Unhygienic, disappointment.

Prefect little swimming pool, lovely gym and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Great range of classes and friends Friday once a month is genius.
