Wendy was such a delight at the beginning , but I had the same experience as Matthew who wrote the other one star review. Actually the same problem, so its must be true. poor communication and not very professional . If you want a stressful experience more stressful then Wendy is the solicitor for you.

Was advised by Baratt homes to use Wendy at Colborne, Coulman & Lawrence Solicitors, Newport to purchase a new property in Cwmbran. After initially chatting to Wendy on the phone she seemed lovely until we paid the 1st payment for the searches to be carried out on the plot. After this her attitude changed as me and my partner had a number of issues in the contract of purchase from Barratt's. Wouldn't answer my calls neither offer a phone appointment after countless emails requesting a time slot. BEWARE from my experience that a solicitor advised to be used by any property developer may be more interested in the values of the property developer than the paying client!!! We still are chasing our deposit from Wendy A James 3 months on!!!
