Reflexology has always intrigued me, but since feeling so poorly, both mentally and physically I decided to try it. Finding Sophie has already been a turning point, just 2 sessions in and I'm feeling less foggy!! And my sleep pattern is changing for the better. Sophie has magic hands, and is so lovely and calm, in her little log cabin, you feel wrapped up and safe. That's such a lovely feeling. I would encourage anyone to give this a try. Pain killers just mask the pain. This is getting to the root of the issue. I look forward to many more sessions with Sophie.

I have been to Sophie a few times now and I highly recommend. She’s is absolutely lovely and makes you feel so comfortable. I have had both reflexology and Indian head massage and I can honestly say they both are the most relaxing experiences I have ever had. Sophie knows exactly what she is talking about and explains things throughly when asking questions. I look forward to my next visit :).

Oh my gosh! My first time to Sophie and for reflexology, am I glad I went. She is so lovely, and such a calming presence. The treatment was divine and so fascinating. Sophie explained what she was doing and what everything meant. Booked to go back in a month but may try to squeeze in sooner. I left feeling so much more relaxed. Highly recommend! 😃

My Wife has been seeing Sophie at Come to Revive for a number of reflexology sessions. After trying various options to alleviate headaches without any joy she has found the sessions fantastic. Her headaches have completely been alleviated. Sophie took the time to explain everything too her, put her at ease and has followed up sessions with a brief message to make sure she was ok. Excellent service provided. Happy to recommend to others.

I recently visited Come to Revive for a maternity reflexology session. Sophie was fantastic, I came away feeling so relaxed and my baby has since moved from breech to head down! The setting is stunning and Sophie is an absolute joy to chat to. Highly recommend!
