Frank York2 StarThey did my windows which were admittedly very dirty and neglected whilst I was away and were very pleasant and came recommended. I wasn't hugely happy with the result because they were still visibly dirty, even the lower ones, but I thought that it might just have been because they were very bad to begin with so I decided to see whether they were any better after another clean. I gave them another chance when they said they were in the area. So I left the back gate open. This time I was actually in and they were here for no more than 15 minutes. They just sprayed water at the windows. Didn't even wipe them or scrub them, no soap. I have a double fronted victorian semi detached. There are 16 windows. So to be done within a quarter of an hour and then be gone is ridiculous. I paid them 25 quid for that. Not sure why they have hardly any reviews. Only 2 5 star reviews from 2 years ago? That should probably have rung alarm bells. Very disappointing. I paid them this time but they're not coming back.
I couldn't be bothered arguing the toss with them. I'll just go with another company with more reviews who actually take pride in their work. Should never have to moan in order to get a decent service.
