In respect of the Client Mr Wilder I don't understand how a so called Professional can air his dirty linen in public. If you have issues with a Client sort it out privately. It actually tells me that you are a firm I definitely would not recommend. I've over 30 years surveying 20 odd chartered. If truly shocked by your behaviour I truly am.
