Terrible surveyors. They dont actually work independently. They fail to follow there own terms and conditions. They fail to deliver within the advertised details. I arranged a survey and paid for it. They advertised they provide the reports within 5 working days. After chasing on numerous occasions after the five days. They still failed to provide me with my paid for report. Took them ages to give me back my refund. I would not recommended this company to anyone. Worst company ever.

I don't know why there is even a single star for this company. Disgusting people disgusting service, tower hamlets right to buy use’s them. So please if you buying a right to buy don't get this company to value your property. THEY WILL OVER VALUE IT BY A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT. The did no follow any rules. The recently came to value my PROPERTY came up with unknown value with out even researching properly. Lady called Dariya, called her to give some extra info about my property lol, she replied back saying i know how to do my job. Clearly Not. Rude, unprofessional. buying your home is a dream for many people but they destroying it. I hope this information is useful to some.
