From the moment you walk into the doors at Core Clinics you are greeted with the friendliest staff. Each person is welcoming, kind and make the effort to see how you are. There have been times when I have hobbled through the door barely able to walk, the team are supportive and incredibly helpful. After my appointment with Stefan I was able stand up straight and walk around the room. From last minute emergency appointments to scheduled ones they really are the absolute best and I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been receiving sports massage, chiropractic and IDD treatment due to a prolapsed disc with sciatica. I have benefitted hugely. Initially I had intensive twice weekly treatment with IDD, I now have a monthly message with Chiroptactic treatment. The disc issue stopped me from being active as I was in constant pain. With the treatment, exercises and advice from the team, specifically Stefaan, Lara, Lauren and Jack I am now pain free and accessing and enjoying activities I love. I am so pleased with the results and pleased to have invested in myself. Thank you to the whole team at core clinics who have all been extremely professional but also understanding and caring. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Having seen various different osteopaths and chiropractors over a long period of time I was so fortunate to find a Core Health. I have an underlying back issue and I visit the clinic every few months and it has meant that my back issue is now an minor issue rather than massive painful part of my life which is used to be. I have recommended many people to give them a try. There’s no magic wand to solve a bad back but for me this has been the nearest thing! Expect high standards of professionalism and care from all the members of staff.

Very friendly, very very observant og posture, alignment and so detailed in diagnosing. Stefan is also very friendly, well spoken so I was at ease and in great care from the very first moment. Stefan was also very attentive from inital correspondence. Thank you Stefan!
