jane lockwood5 StarI have worked for Corinium Care for 4 years. as a live in carer. and have found the company to be a highly professional and caring organisation to work for. In my experience the well being of both clients and care workers is always at the front of their minds. The training I have received is comprehensive and up to date with current practices, and is regular and rigorous. The care manager I work with in my locality is supportive and attentive to both my needs and my requests for support on behalf of the clients. She is proactive and attentive demonstrating genuine personal concern , going the extra mile when required and is always available to offer advice and assistance . Corinium Care provide an excellent service, they are keen to meet the highly individual needs of clients requiring 24 hour live in care and are sensitive to the needs of their families.Friday 27th May 2022

L WILKINSON5 StarI HAVE WORKED FOR CORINIUM CARE FOR OVER TEN YEARS AS A LIVE IN CARER. IT CAN BE A WONDERFUL JOB AND IT CAN BE EXTREMELY CHALLENGING AT TIMES. ONE THING I CAN SAY IS THAT WHEN WE DO HAVE THE CHALLENGING JOBS WE HAVE INSTANT SUPPORT FROM THE AGENCY AND FROM OUR CARE MANAGERS (IF NECESSARY 24 HOURS A DAY). WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH A VERY INTENSIVE FIVE DAY TRAINING COURSE AND IF WE DO NOT COME UP TO SCRATCH THEN THERE WILL BE NO POSTING (I.E. YOU WILL NOT BE SENT OUT TO ANY CLIENTS). EVERY YEAR, WITHOUT FAIL, WE HAVE TO COMPLETE REFRESHER TRAINING. ANY SHORTFALLS OR PROBLEMS WILL BE ADDRESSED AND DEALT WITH BEFORE GOING BACK OUT INTO THE FIELD. PERSONALLY I WOULDN'T WORK FOR ANY OTHER AGENCY NOW.Sunday 28th March 2021
