Today I had my 55 inch SAMSUNG TV screen repaired by Steve and Andy and their service was impeccable. I could not recommend anyone else for their fast and efficient professional service. Also added note the Lady who's name I did not catch on reception was brilliant also. Thanks for your help today much appreciated 🙏.

So I have a Trace Elliott bass combo about 20 years old that had just given up the ghost. Took it in with a long list of issues and left it with Correct. Call about 24 hours later to say all fixed and ready for collection. Apparently it was a popular repair something a little different to the usual stuff they repair. So I now have it back. It’s never been so quiet, no buzz or crackling, and works perfectly. Really really reasonable price, speedy service, what more could you want. Maybe some cake with the handover but they kept that to themselves (think it was chocolate!). Cheers you lot. Sarah phillips.

I came across CS really by accident and a recommendation, I run a Bose high end surround sound system that went in to a life of it's own, Andy came out to me in Langar and spent a good 2 hours or so trying to rectify the issue but all efforts failed so he took the system back to the workshop for further analysis. To my delight not only did they sort the issue but he and Fraser returned my system to me the very same afternoon in perfect working order, I ask you, where can you get good honest reliable friendly service like this nowadays? Would I recommend CS to you? you bet your boots I can. Thank you CS.

I called for a quote to replace a back-light on an LCD TV. I was told that I need to come in for them to have a look at what the problem is. I explained that I already know what the problem is. The lady on the phone said that to fix back-light issues, prices are from £150. I said "for £150, I might as well buy a new TV". Then it changed to "well it could be less, but we won't know unless you give us £30 to have a look at it." Very unprofessional. They sound like all they want is that £30, regardless of anything else. What happened to good old fashioned customer service? Now its a "give me money before I'll see what I can do" attitude with businesses. I don't like it. Edit in response. Stating that prices start from £x then changing your mind is unprofessional. I understand that you cannot give an exact quote without seeing the device but "prices from £150" means that the lowest price for said work is £150". If that's not the case, whoever I spoke to shouldn't have stated that. Simple.

This company is great , really professional , really quick response time , excellent product knowledge, most honest and most refreshing to deal with such a good company , would 100% recommend this company. They came out next day from initially enquiry , inspected my Sony LED TV and came back same day with all the parts it could need and fixed with correct part and even got this done under Warrenty when I was happy to pay for the work. All good 😊👍
