Ordered an ECU from them, the one they had in stock didn't work but a week later they called me as they could source an alternative part. Shipped in 4 working days and worked...just the job. Very helpful.

After ordering a part for £500 I looked at feedback Typical of my luck feedback is dire what experience will I have Should not of worried. The boys at cosmos could not have been better Kept in touch regarding delivery. Couriers let them down so they personally delivered my order Manchester to Hereford. Goods in excellent condition Excellent service Will definitely deal with them again. Many Thanks guys.

AVOID! Don't buy from these cowboys unless you really have no choice. They refused to provide pictures of the parts because "we haven't got time, we're not photographers". The parts were completely wrong and it took weeks and several threats of litigation to get a refund and even then they lied about when they'd done it!

Absolutely vile people. Dealt with my daughter. Then with me. Promised part would be shipped over night( thanks maz!!!!) but then said how did I expect it to be sent because the weather was too hot to work. After 3 phone calls I was told that I was to be charged for them taking the part off another car. Strange as you cant work in the heat apparently. I recorded all phone calls. If they try to take any money I will go to trading standards. How do these people trade? All I can surmise is it’s a front for a completely different sort of business
