Pamela Bitmead1 StarHad appalling customer service today. Was told they only had paper cups as something wrong with the dishwasher. I saw stacks of cups on top of the coffee machine. When I asked if I could have one of those I was told that they were dirty. They looked perfectly clean to me. When I complained I was told to go elsewhere. Charming! So rude. She obviously didn't have customer service skills. I love Costa but would never go to the Chelmsford City Centre one again.Thursday 21st April 2022
