When I visited the shop for a replacement part for my vacuum cleaner I found the staff very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. They took the trouble to find just what I needed, kept me informed and obtained the part in a timely manner. I have to praise the excellent customer service.

Hi Thought I would write a review about my recent experience with Cotswold Appliances. Purchased a fridge freezer for my mother who needed the old fridge freezer removed. I did explain that it would take a while for her to get to the door so give, he a bit of time. Both the delivery guys were fantastic with my mother connecting the appliance up as well as removing the old unit. The office was also extremely helpful when purchasing and phoned an hour before the delivery to get my mum ready. 5-star outfit who would be my first choice for any further purchases Yours Jerry Ballinger

I recently ordered a new integrated washing machine from Cotswold Appliances in Stroud. This was completed very efficiently and quickly. Two engineers came and took out the old washing machine and replaced. Tidy, no mess, considerate, kind, experienced, courteous... I would highly recommend this Company - use local. HPJ

Fantastic customer service! My washing machine broke down on Tuesday and they had an engineer who got it up and running the very next day. The engineer was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I also use this company for my vacuum cleaner servicing. Would definitely recommend.
