6 October 613 pm drive was driving to fast and turned in to the head office in oldbury was fashing his light at every one on the road much be Drunk please look at you ctv cameras just by the George pub on the corner of Broadway road you will see your self how he was driving. You need this drive to stop work for you he's going to cause a serious accident.

Absolutely disgraceful - they use a third party delivery company. Dining room table arrived at store, was transported to Nottingham. Earliest delivery 6 weeks! Moved into new house without being able to sit down and eat for 4 weeks. Delivery people arrived saying they cannot assemble table as they don't have tools. This was a £1800 solid oak table and chairs and now one leg has snapped off! Avoid.....

Very poor attitude. Rude and abrupt. Delivery point is restricted and they have no get up go. Most of the guys are just after an easy pay day. Transport manager arrogant as hell... turn up to delievery they think we will do them a favour and sit around for hours.

I purchased a 3seater chaise and a swivel chair from Cousins. Came between 6-8 weeks. progress team were helpful in chasing my order along with service team. Also the 2 delivery men mark and mark had no issues getting the furniture into the flat. They were friendly and respectful.

Pathetic and very poor customer service I booking my dinning table & display in nav 2018 was delivered 22 Dec 2018 but display cabinet was damaged and since then I am chasing and everyone giving me new reason. I asked the manager to cancelled the order and refund me back but she refused me straight away. I really very upset. They don't care their customer. I need to my refund back.
