I had the pleasure of visiting this lovely shop this morning to buy some yarn for some projects. The service was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble, and, even better, they stock Liberty fabric!! I will definitely be visiting again when I have more projects to complete. Highly recommend a visit, if you are in need of crafting supplies!

Went here today to get an Xmas present. Really didn't have a clue what I wanted other than knowing the person I was buying for likes crafts and knitting. The lady who served me was really helpful and friendly, ended up with a gift basket which I think will be received will glee by my family member.

Good range of knitting yarns, sewing patterns and supplies. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was some sort of pottery class going on on the shop and also advertisements for other crafty events. The sandwich I ate at the cafe was top rate, but the service was rather slow due to the staff being very busy. I would definitely go again

I ordered some yarn off the website and recieved no shipping notification after two weeks, so I contacted them to ask for a status update. It took several emails and opening a case with Paypal for a missing item before I got a response saying that they didn't have the item. They promised a refund. After a week of waiting there was no refund.... I messaged them to inform them there was still no refund yet and waited another week. Now I am one day away from having the case closed for the missing item and I ended up having to escalate the problem to Paypal so I don't end up losing my money.... My order was placed on May 1st and it is now June 8th with still no refund...

Really fantastic little gem with a great range of stock and a whole lot of inspiration for future projects. The ladies who work here are great and it's always nice to be able to sit with my knitting needles and have a knit and natter in the comfy arm chairs in the store. They have an internet / mail order service too but I'd recommend paying the shop a visit. I certainly wasn't disappointed x x x
