Karen Osnowski5 StarStayed here last week with my husband and 12year old son for a short break to Alton Towers. The hotel was lovely, clean and we stayed in a family suite which was adorable. It had the original stable dividers as a feature and stable door. Staff were so kind and friendly. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend and stay again.Wednesday 19th April 2023

Very convenient to have quality dining on site, and I appreciated the vegetarian options for all meals. Service especially was excellent, with personal attention from the staff. Vanessa Fessey5 StarParty of 10 booked. Guided straight to our table, which was quiet and fairly private and away from the bar. The staff were friendly and helpful with the right amount of interaction. Service was good, waiting time for courses was good as there was time to chat in between but no long wait. We did not feel rushed (we were there over 3 hours due to the occasion). Everyone enjoyed their starter, main and dessert. The lunchtime 2 and 3 course menu meals were just the right size so that we were replete but not "stuffed", and at a great price. We have absolutely no complaints and had a great time. Cobden Yearone5 StarThis is a very pleasant place to eat. The food was excellent and the service was some of the best I've ever had. The waitress was very good at explaining everything and offered to help if my 90-year old mother needed it. It was a lovely and very enjoyable dining experience.
