Tom Yeu5 StarBought a VW Passat from these and it wasn't in the best condition but wasn't terrible, just needed a bit of work. The tyres were bald, which meant I couldn't test drive it (if I did and got caught by the police it'd be 3pts for each bald tyre), which they changed them. Took it for a test drive and got a few issues with it, including the parking sensors and put a deposit down on it. They resolved the issues and I took my car away. A few weeks later, the parking sensors stopped working, I took it in and they solved the issue free. A few weeks later, it happened again, which they resolved again, free. Fast forward to a few weeks later, they stopped working again and they took my car in again and sorted it without a fuss, now just about all the parking sensor systems had been changed. They offered me a courtesy car every time too, but didn't need it as I have another. Big shout out to James and Richard for being professional and friendly. Genuinely seems like all the staff that work here are genuine and helpful. Well recommend this garage.Friday 11th February 2022
