Karen Brown1 StarLovely shop that I will not be visiting again. Sadly once a nice shop to visit now has a sales person with an urgent need of some customer care lessons. Extremely rude and aggressive. Not child friendly and not funny. Will definitely not be going back here. just read the reply which is not related to my poor review. The saleslady was RUDE - we were not touching light coloured goods. She told my granddaughter that she ate children amongst other muttered comments. Take it on the chin and train your staff properly.Monday 30th September 2019

Richard Wilson5 StarPhil and the team were great and spent quite a bit of time helping me to not only find the blinds that would suit but working out how best to fit them (to suit my windows). k thomson2 StarI had high hopes when I met Pauline - knowledgeable and quick to help me choose electric blinds for a flat I was completely renovating. Sadly they have had huge problems with Luxaflex with what should have been 5 weeks from order to install now running into months. Manufacturer delays followed by a mis-supply (known production bug issue according to an email from Luxaflex) meant a re-supply required on the living room blinds, install problem now means we are waiting another month for yet another replacement.
All understandable if Curtain Call had kept me up to date but I have had to chase at every point, they are not proactive, and they simply say it is not their fault. Given that they insist on taking 100% of the order cost up front I have found their lack of customer service really surprising. A follow on large order for our house will be going elsewhere.Friday 14th June 2019
