paul nicholls1 StarWoeful an customer service attitude. I ordered this A4 diary and supplied the details i wanted embossed. They sent it to me like so. Even Mr Magoo would struggle with that. on their website you do not get a colour choice on the words you want embossing, only the style of the font. I choose the dark tan diary in the knowledge that common sense would dictate that the embossing would be clearly legible, i.e silver or gold, like the top right hand corner of the diary clearly is with the year stamped. But no, they send it out like this, and top it off they were just not interested when i complained. Abosolutley woefulWednesday 19th October 2022
