Cutlers were extremely helpful, went to get things I couldn't find, really went out of their way. I will definitely be using Cutler's in future.Monday 27th March 2023
Ruth Fletcher1 StarI find this shop extremely unhelpful. Twice now I have had bad experiences. Firstly, a Magnolia plant which my Mum bought for me as a birthday present, died within a few weeks of purchase and the shop didn't want to know. Secondly today my friend took back a brush which I'd purchased on February 27th and had broken within two weeks. Because there wasn't a receipt the shop didn't help once again. They never gave me a receipt in the first place so how on earth do I produce one?! Very very poor. No loyalty or any customer service skills whatsoever.Monday 20th March 2023
