They need to have a proper tracking system and give actual timeframes for drop-offs. I ended up missing three repair slots at a garage because of their made-up timeframes, had to book another job to get the car to another garage who would repair it in a timely manner.

Thanks for arranging recovery and drop off of my van. Timely arrival which was called ahead, unfortunately the truck was unable to get access so a return visit was organised. A friendly, courteous team took care of the vehicle and phone calls and queries dealt with efficiently in a friendly manner. I highly recommend this company for recovery services.

If using a Sat Nav or Goggle with their post code then expect to get totaly lost just as I did. If you have Good Knowledge of Livingston and all its differing Industrial estates then that might be helpfull otherwise expect to drive around a maze for an hour trying to track this company down. That staff within the facility were fine polite and helpfull but why their postcode doesn't take you to within 2 miles off their actual location that's a mystery??? Try phoneing them to find them that's what I had to to in the end.

r a c sent them out to recover me guy came out looked at car told me what was wrong then left me and my wife stranded in the middle of nowhere no toilets shops nothing
