Michael A. Bain1 StarAfter my bike broke down I called them and they said it was ok to take it to their garage. When the towing truck took me there, the same guy I spoke to on the phone (greg) said it would take at least 3 weeks before they could even look at the issue! That cost me an extra £20 for the truck, not to mention the waste of time (FYI I was an old customer, with that very bike no less). I guess they do business due to a lack of alternatives in the area because if I were half as bad or half as rude in my line of work I would have been fired on the spotSunday 27th March 2022
