John is lovely and fixed our record player quickly and for a fair price, explaining what had gone wrong. Also gave us a little bit of hifi setup advice! Highly recommended, just give him a ring before heading to the shop to make sure he's there.

Called and booked my DVD Combi in for repair a while back. Osborne advised me over the phone that he requires a £10 deposit which is deductible from the repair price should I go ahead with the repair. He called me a few hours after leaving the unit with him to advise it is beyond economical repair due to the cost. I went and picked up my unit but never received my £10 deposit back. I never said I didn’t want to repair and and even pushed on to say I want it repaired but it was him who said it’s beyond economical repair. It’s unfair I have been robbed of £10 out of no fault of my own when he decided not to repair it.

Simply the best electronic gadgets repair man around! I have had all my Hi-Fi, Turntable, TV, DVD recorder and other electronic equipment repaired here over at least the last 10 years by this highly talented man and have only the highest praise for him! Not only does he do the repairs in record time, he is also very friendly and he also charges only a very modest amount for such high quality work! I wish that other electronic repair shops would be like this fine man!

Found this TV repair man online and gave him a ring. I did ring another number before this but there was no answer so went to the next number in the google list. Anyway he was lovely on the phone and said I could take the TV in straight away and gave me a general outline of his charges. I dropped the TV off and within a few hours it was fixed, so I can fully recommend DR Osborne's services without fail. Great service, quick turn around time and lovely man.

Can't recommend enough! The colours on my TV had gone, a regular problem I have since discovered. Was considering spending near £1,000 on a replacement but to save on cost and carbon impact I decided to look at a repair. John was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue right away. When the parts weren't available in Europe, John went above and beyond and was able to source from China. The TV is now working perfectly, has saved me a small fortune and stopped a perfectly good set ending up in landfill. Would definitely suggest a visit if considering replacing a faulty set yourself.
