Would have left zero stars but google won’t let me, used this firm for conveyancing a commercial property purchase, took 7 months to complete the solicitor does not listen to your concerns but likes to do things her own way, sometimes you won’t get a response for ten days then when you do it’s back to square 1 be prepared to send your identification documents twenty times to them, the price they charge will vary mine was 1500 over priced to complete when challenged became 1500 less, they don’t give a monkeys about the stress or how much you have spent just focus on small little details that didn’t bother me, their is a reason why they are cheap I wish I had read other reviews first!! Overall conclusion don’t use them I’ve nearly had a nervous breakdown listening to lies and excuses and ignorance beyond belief

Used them to purchase a business in 2017 as they were cheaper than the others we rang by a fair margin. There is a reason they were cheap. The process dragged on for so long that we have racked up thousands in loans and credit card debt, as we left our jobs expecting to be in the business by a set date. We understand that these things can (and often do) take longer than expected. However, in this case, even the other party’s solicitor commented on how our solicitor was being sent emails and not responding for weeks afterwards, delaying the entire process. Numerous calls were made asking for the process to be sped up. They weren’t. Astonishingly, our solicitor was still trying to delay things nearing the end of the process, focusing on details we were not concerned by. The justification for this was that this issue could cost thousands – apparently, she was blissfully unaware of how many thousands she had already cost us by allowing the process to drag on for so long. The service was so bad it almost came across as deliberate – though I suspect it wasn’t, it was probably just ineptitude and laziness. Had I the time or energy I would pursue this matter further. Please, avoid at all costs.
