After meeting quite a few estate agents, we met Gareth and knew this was the right way to go. Best decision we could have made! Between Gareth and Alex they’ve gone above and beyond at every turn. We’ve had a very complex move that’s taken 15 months from start to finish, none of which could’ve been avoided and in no way was down to these 2 superstars. Everything that could’ve gone wrong with a house move, went wrong. From a land registry issue to our vendor sadly passing and us losing our buyer. They still managed to quickly find us a replacement buyer, so technically sold our house twice! Both times at the price we were after. Alex especially has been a rock throughout this whole process and I can quite honestly say, our dream move would not have happened without these two dedicated and hard working people. Always at the end of a phone with calming advice and ready to help out with short notice viewings and step in and personally conduct the viewings when we had to re-sell a half boxed up house! We cannot recommend DPSH enough!

Absolutely brilliant service from Gareth and Alex at the Beeston Dan Pearce office. These guys really do go above and beyond to ensure the best service. Sold my property in less than a week. Found brilliant solicitors for me and keeping me updated constantly. Couldn't recommend enough. The best in the business. You won't be disappointed.

DPSH have been great from start to finish. I was always kept updated on the progress of my sale. Gareth was especially helpful and answered all the questions I had and it was easy to get into contact with him with a swift response always. Nothing was too much and they went above and beyond. Alex was also great in the office and helped to speed things up with my solicitor and get my sale completed. From the initial contact with Gareth right through to completion he was attentive and responded quickly. Gareth was very easy to do business with and explained everything and how things would work. We sold our property and bought through Gareth at DPSH aswell. Contact with the viewings was excellent and Alex and Chris were on hand with the arrangements. Whilst we had an issue with a buyer pulling out late on, Gareth pulled out all the stops to get us back on track with a new buyer - which was within 24hrs!! Throughout the selling and buying process Gareth, Alex and Chris were really helpful and answered any questions we had and offered help and support throughout. The team are very friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. What is meant to be a stressful process was made easier and less stressful. Would definitely recommend DPSH Beeston/Middleton.

I would highly recommend using Gareth and the team at Dan Pearce LS10. From start to finish Gareth was open and honest with us, so I knew exactly what was going on. I felt that I could trust Gareth and he was genuinely working to help us move. Gareth was always accessible when needed and I never had to chase up any updates. Gareth was alway ready to help get updates from our buyer and seller to ensure we had a smooth process and ensure we beat the stamp duty date 😁. Gareth even managed to sell our house 3 days after losing our first buyer! Thanks a lot Gareth!!
