David is an excellent PT who is great to train with and will help you achieve your goals! 💪 I trained with David for around 6 months as I was looking to increase my strength and build muscle mass but was making little progress on my own. David developed a personalised plan and worked with me to get to a place where I’m making good progress and have the confidence and ability to continue my fitness journey independently. David was great at keeping me motivated, fixing up my diet and actually enjoying working out! Thanks for all of your help!

David is such an amazing PT! He’s really invested in his clients and always tailors the session to how your feeling or if you’ve got any injuries. Since starting with David I’ve lost over 4 inches on my waist and fit comfortably in my wedding dress. He’s really friendly and easy to get along with, would highly recommend him to anyone!

I started working with David after surgery for a serious sports injury about 4 years ago. He was able to help me through the rehab process, bringing me back up to full fitness and adapting a workout program to enable me to train whilst working around ongoing issues from that injury. He's great at knowing when to push and when to give you a bit of leeway and he's always positive and encouraging, even when progress is slow. He's also good at mixing up workouts so you don't get bored and so that you're always challenged and setting new targets.

I contacted David, having never had a PT or gone regularly to the gym before, to help me lose weight and build some muscle, as well as demonstrate proper techniques and get me acquainted with the gym. Three months’ training later, with breaks in between due to Covid, I’m delighted with the results. David set a lifting exercise plan which was not only enjoyable, but got results really quite quickly. Now, I’m going to the gym regularly, lifting ever more, with a clear, fun yet challenging plan from David. I’d highly recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and body!

I approached David in the gym as I wasn’t really achieving any goals and wanted to give my body more shape and tone. David put a weight loss and tone plan in place which I stuck to religiously and have to say the results so far are astonishing. I have lost over half a stone, toned up and built muscle. My fitness levels have improved and I am able to lift weights I didn’t think I would. So far so good!
