The website shows prices for individual tiles and also allows you to order individual tiles. However, you cannot order less than a full box. Having ordered what I wanted and paid for it I was told I couldn't order less than a full box. I now have to wait a week for my refund. I suggest you alter your website to not take orders if you are not going to honour them. Extremely disappointed with this company and you must be doing very well to be able to refuse a £200 order!

Really helpful staff, especially Emily in the office, the fella that carried our tiles to the car was very friendly and chatty. The Nouveau Home Comfort tiles we chose are really soft and good quality, they are also bleachable which we tested before purchase by pouring neat bleach on a sample, and they really are. Highly recommended.

This was my first time dealing with this company and I have to say that I am very pleased with the service I received. From beginning to end they were very helpful and easy to deal with. Their website was very easy to navigate and I found the carpet tiles I wanted. Delivery was quicker than they expected. I would recommend them for all your flooring needs, I will certainly use them again
