Del made a complete meal and workout plan for me. As someone who is lactose intolerant I was worried about the food variety I could have but Del made it work. The meals were varied and different. He gave me tonnes of ways to spice up my meals without sacrificing my macros. He let me have my treats and the meal plan was personal to me. The workouts were varied and different day to day and challenging without feeling impossible or un-reasonable. I feel better, lost weight, sleep better and have way more energy than my old sugar ridden diet and workout plan. Del checked in with me regularly and adjusted my plans appropriately. I would use Demand Excellence again without a moments hesitation.

Derek at Demand Excellence, is honest personal trainer but takes the sessions very seriously, he will make sure your completing your routines correctly at all times, will provide nutritional help and make sure you keep within certain limits, all your personal fitness needs under one roof to be honest, glad to have come across this, thanks
