I had really smooth experience with Dexter's. They are quite update with the paperwork and sometimes more than myself. Everytime I dropped in their office felt even after being so busy they are available to help you at every step in taking house for rent . I would highly recommend Dexters Estate agents - from start to finish they were incredibly professional, efficient, helpful and friendly when selling through them. I would emphasis the fact that they kept me fully informed throughout the sale and if I needed to contact them I always received a prompt response which feels somewhat unusual these days !! I am particularly appreciative of their excellent service as I was living some distance away from the house being sold and as a result needed to rely on them to a greater degree than normal. I would mention Danielle who always kept me fully informed of viewings and Julian in particular who took the time to personally keep me posted of developments. Many thanks.
