Delighted with both the car and the customer service from Jon at Dexter's and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. From the very first conversation I was really impressed by Jon's professionalism and communication. I was looking for a first car for my 16 year old son so the budget was around £6k. I found a lovely little Clio that Jon had taken in part-ex for one of the more prestigious cars he typically deals with. Even though this was a cheap car he maintained a consistently high level of professionalism. Highly recommended.

Jon is one of the best used car salesmen I've met! He uploaded a really good video of the car on YouTube which is much better than just looking at photos. It made it much easier to see the imperfections, which Jon never tried to mask. This video and the reviews on Google were instrumental in us choosing to look at one of Jon's cars over other sellers. The car was very well presented and had had the wheels refurbed and painted black which looked superb with the black metallic paintwork. Jon was very thorough going over the car and it's history and he answered all of my questions. He let us go on a decent rear drive without him which again made it easier to buy from him as we never felt pressured at any point! Jon took our older car in part exchange and gave us an extremely fair price for it which matched the "We Buy Ant Car" type companies. The sale went smoothly and Jon was very friendly. The car had a couple of issues but when we mentioned them to Jon he immediately offered to help, helping by contributing to the cost of one of the issues and making sure the car was investigated and not returned until it was perfect. At every step Jon was great, he left us our old part exchange car to use as a courtesy car and also replaced the fuel he had used. The car may have had a few issues, which is kind of expected with a car with this sort of mileage, but Jon was an absolute gentleman all throughout. He was extremely friendly and helpful, we could tell he honestly was disappointed and wanted to make things right. My Mom was so happy when she got her car back and it is now perfect and running even better. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Jon again or even use him for repairs and servicing as his customer service is second to none and is genuinely superb I couldn't recommend him enough. Believe the hype, the reviews online are the real deal.

Had dealings with Jon at Dexter’s motors this earlier this month. I have to say whilst searching for cars I have been in contact with a number of dealers and Jon and his company stands out for all of the right reasons. Knowledgable, genuinely friendly and professional, he does not chase or push you for a sale and I found him completely honest and open about his cars. I would definitely recommend this car company..

What can I say, lovely guy - no pressure - no sales tactics - let me take the car on a test drive on my own. Made buying a car so easy.. found air con needed a recharge and adjusted the price to reflect this with no questions.. Would like to come back here to buy my next car. Remarkable service, Jon cares about the cars he chooses and is impeccable when it comes to customer service. I can't rate Jon highly enough. From start to finish the process was first class and I'm extremely happy with the car. If I go down the used car route I'll most certainly be in contact with Jon, he's a genuine, trustworthy chap who wants to make sure he gets you the car you want and delivers it with care attention and respectful consideration. Jon, thanks and keep on doing what you're doing, by going the extra mile in everything (even down to the very minor details of valeting the car with the stripes on the carpet!) it's all noted and makes the difference.
