I didn’t have a good experience here. I got a wax here a couple of times and the first time the beautician made me bleed and she laughed it off. The second time I asked for just a normal wax but the lady did a sugaring treatment on me as well as a wax without me knowing and then charged me extra when I went to pay which I was very angry about. I also got a lash lift here and had the worst results I’ve had with a lash lift before. Normally my lashes will then curl up nicely but this time they didn’t, she barley tinted them dark enough when I asked for the darkest tint and then they fell flat within a few days. Overall I don’t think I’ll be going back here again.

I was very nervous as this was my first time getting a wax here, but I was made to feel very comfortable. The customer service is great, everyone seems so kind and you’re welcomed with a lovely hello from everyone as you walk in. My wax also looks great so will definitely be coming here again for my next one!
