Steve gave a verbal quote over the phone, he arrived promptly and undertook the work very quickly and efficiently. He had to visit the property at a later date to fit the TV wall bracket as it was not sufficient for my TV use. Steve also ran the cabling under my carpet making a very neat and professional finish.
