Having never used an outsourced HR company before I was slightly hesitant.  However, my fears were unfounded as Jan made the process of sorting out my new staff contracts with ease and professionalism.  I have now used Diversity on three separate occasions and would recommend their services without any hesitation.

I am very happy with the service that I receive from Diversity Business Services.  They are always so quick to respond with any requests, the information is always concise and thorough.  The monthly updates are very informative and they go out of their way to provide additional services that they know will benefit our company.  The retained service is an excellent investment and value for money.  I would happily recommend them to anyone with complete confidence. 

 Jan is a remarkable lady who has that rare blend of being totally approachable and also being totally committed to results and performance. Jan works as a volunteer mentor with Lifespace and has more than proved her reliability and dedication week in, week out. She is a real gift, a sparkling person to know, and a treasure of insights and ideas.
