All the people I dealt with at DLG were exceptionally pleasant and professional. The repairs to my car seem to have been done to a high standard and come with a 5 year guarantee which is great. Only complaint is that I was told I couldn’t get a courtesy car until it was determined mine was repairable which took 5 days, then I was told they had no courtesy cars available. My details were passed to Enterprise who couldn’t provide a courtesy car for another 2 days so I was left without a car for over a week in all. Otherwise communication was good, and the collection and delivery of my vehicle was also very convenient and a plus point.

Due to an insurance claim my vehicle needed a new steering rack and other suspension parts plus alignment. DLG were provided by the other parties insurance company and assigned the work. I am very happy with the work done and the communication the company had with me all the way. My car is now driving like new again. Pick up and delivery times all went on time as well. A good professional company.Thanks.
