I initially went with an inconspicuous set of issues (which my last place couldn't diagnose from looking) and they diagnosed my vehicle before seeing it. I was kept informed every step of the way, and I liked the way that Dave took the time to inform me of every issue and offering multiple options to allow me to make an informed decision. Owning a fairly sporty car, Dave was still mindful of budget and at no point did he try and give me 'the hard sell'.
At the end it wasn't a cheap bill but everything was completed to a high standard and I was given a detailed and itemised bill before I paid. I will be a longterm customer for hopefully years to come!
