Domino's Pizza - Bedworth

Ordered a pizza without beef and stated a substitute. Gave us beef!!! No apology. The other pizza we ordered went cold, the so called bad mannered manager said he would replace the one with beef on it. 35 minutes later after that rest of food went cold, the replacement arrived. When asked if he thought it was acceptable to now have a cold pizza and a fresh one, he told me it wasn’t his problem. Never even realised the issue of putting beef on a pizza when beef is t eaten on religious grounds. Stay away… he then told me to complain to customer services. They are a joke too. Will give the newly opened papa Johns a go next time.

Last two times, we order pizza, It was prepared poorly. Toppings looks like been just thrown from a distance. Chicken bbq, was not with bbq. Very disappointed.

I tried to place an order to be delivered to Bedworth train station car park as I work on the railway as a key worker and am currently on fault response due to the bad weather we have being having causing tress to fall on the track next to Bedworth Station, I have no food or drink and am unable to leave the site incase another tree comes down, I have been told to stay here for 12 hours, im unable to leave to get any lunch so I thought I'd call and order a domino's to the station car park, you can't miss me I'm parked up in a railway van, I offered to pay over the phone upfront but they refused to deliver to me as they didn't have a home address to deliver to!... the staff and manager who I spoke to were very unhelpful and unsympathetic to my situation. Great to see they have such community spirit towards a key worker who is in a bit of a tough spot today whilst out dealing with storm damage to keep the railway moving like we did during the covid pandemic. No 50% off pizzas for us though, can't even get a delivery to an easy spot to find that is 2 mins up the road from them. Absolutely shocking attitude from the staff and manager.

Ordered a Large Veggie volcano & margarita pizza, arrived 15 minutes late to the time we was given & arrived cold. Veggie volcano was abysmal and the only thing that apparently makes this hot like a volcano is a few Barry hot jalapeños, you would’ve thought for such a strong name it would’ve had a hot tomato base atleast. Margarita was just average, if you bought a frozen pizza from a shop and compared them without knowing which was which then you probably wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Biggest change since our last order is the tomato sauce base, this time it has no flavour, it’s like a very very cheap sauce which I can only imagine the franchise is trying to save money, but now look, you’ve lost a customer.
