Haven't ordered from here in months after having to wait 2.5 hours for a delivery without any explanation late last year. Made the mistake of trying this place again last week. Delivery time was estimated to be 30mins but as usual took 1.5 hours. Pizza was cold, the toppings stuck to the top of the box (can only assume the driver had it upside down?), pizza was cold and disgusting. Don't do it to yourself, order from Pizza Hut or Oregano instead!

Never ever ever ever ever order from this place! Waited for nearly 1 1/2 hrs for pizza that never came and store manager couldn’t manage a pi*s up in a brewery and delivery driver called my husband “bro”!

Something is up here. It's been disasterous from November onward. 13th Nov: Cancelled my order after being told it was going to take 2 hours, maybe. 27th Nov: Pizza tracker stuck on quality control for 1hour. Phoned and said they were waiting for a driver. Pizza then arrived about 10 mins later but it was cold. Must have been sitting there. Contacting via Customer support online did not get a response. Appreciate it is busy on Saturdays and there might be staff shortages, but TELL the customer please! Orders used to be good before November
