I have engaged Doves to help me clean my living room and bedroom carpets. I would like to highlight that the staff was super friendly. He explained to me the whole process, how the equipment works and the product they used (I was showing him my curiosity look too)😊. He was much willing to share his knowledge & experiences with me when I prompted him a few questions about the cleaning issue. The boss/manager also gave me a call to follow up on how's the cleaning (I received the call within 1hour after the cleaning is completed). There is no doubt I would re-engage Doves for their service ✌️. Keep up the good work 😊

Why is there only 5 stars?! Doves were called out last minute to clean my bathroom after two squirrels had burrowed and fell THROUGH my ceiling! The mess was indescribable and i was scared and heartbroken but the cleaner that came was so professional, understanding, and kind, and the attention to detail in cleaning was incredible. They salvaged many items that I would have thrown away. The company communicated with me exceptionally well at all points and the service was honestly wonderful. Every inch of my bathroom was deeply cleaned as the squirrels had left….lets say….a few wet patches and lots of dirty nesting material that had fell through ceiling. At the end, the place looked brand new and sparkling clean and I was able to finally feel calm. The service cleaner was amazing and i am so grateful to him. So understanding of the situation and cleaned like it was his home. Please do not hesitate to use this company. Every experience is different but i would not be writing such a review if they were not fantastic. I will be recommending them to everyone and have put their number in my contacts. It was a thoroughly professional service but with such care and compassion.

Doves Cleaning were called to my flat last minute, they probably spent about 10/15mins there and if I am being quite honest I thought the cleaning would be more thorough and better. But they were called last minute so maybe that is why. After they left the flat still had some dirty parts all the drawers were left just as dirty as they were before. I dont know if this is because they don't look at the drawers at all, but as someone that has worked in cleaning before I was somewhat disappointed and expected more.

I had to move in a rush so I couldn’t clean my old home and put it in perfect shape. Doves Cleaning was professional and punctual . Their attention to detail was amazing I didn’t know how well the home could actually be cleaned until they did their service!! I would highly recommend. Cheers!!
