david hodgson1 StarThe shop service was excellent but fell off a cliff after that, they delivered a dirty used mattress that had been sent back by at least one other customer, I paid £1299.00 for a new one and received second hand goods in poor condition. As for the customer service very poor and unprofessional, eventually did get the mattress return ed any money back. Don`t be intimidated by all there own rules and regulations which bare no resemblance to your actual rights, just get stuck into them if you have a problem but make sure you don`t be abusive and you will get there. best option is don`t go to dreams if you don't want nightmaresWednesday 9th November 2022
Krzysztof Mazurkiewicz1 Star2 years ago we bought a mattress for £ 600 plus an extended warranty. despite turning the mattress as recommended by the manufacturer, the holes were made in the very center within 2 years, turning the mattress did not do anything. we decided to take advantage of the extended warranty, which the company did not recognize because the product does not contain manufacturing defects.
it is not profitable to buy anything more than £ 200, the additional guarantee looks good when they talk about it in the store, but when you want to use it, suddenly it turns out that it does not cover many things.Wednesday 23rd June 2021
