I was a bit unfair in my previous review... we've shopped in the Reading store a lot and it's great!... really unusual items, a little bit pricey, but not outrageous. I had an offer after Christmas via email for money off, so thought I'd get the wife's birthday present. Seems that they've been let down by their courier which isn't great. Also, the shipping updates on the website aren't the greatest. Anyway, somewhere along the line, it's been lost and returned to sender. Offered further discount and item to be re sent out, which is great!. Maybe stick to in store shopping from now on...

On line experience wasn't great. Took 8 days from order to delivery and when I chased the order 4 days after paying, I only received an automated link to the Hermes (delivery company) site which said "we are waiting to receive your delivery". No further communication was received until the package was delivered 4 days later.
