A professionally quick estimate of the work with a clearly practiced eye and a sensible quote. Team that did the work were professional, accommodating and had the work done in four days, just squeezing in with enough time before the weather turned. Driveway looks absolutely super definitely increased the kerb appeal. Job done very quickly in four days (plus three more before the drive is usable) considering they had to remove a mature cherry, castor and three monster fuchsias then get it all levelled, and the first layer of gravel down and compacted on day one. They never stopped! Clearly worth it though as it meant each stage in the rest of the drive process then got done at speed but not haste. It's so neat! Exactly what I asked for and i would definitely recommend for a driveway - but I regret not being around first thing on the day they started work as there was some damage to a plant I'd wanted to keep which I'd have pointed out so they could have taken slightly more care when digging out around that small spot. As it was, they accidentally (simply didn't see it nestled near the end of the hedge) damaged and uprooted a mature blackcurrent. But bless em they told me about it and did their best to replant what was left, they didn't just take it away with the rest of the rubble. The plant may well still die, but I did appreciate the honesty and the effort to put right very much, and if I'd not been away that morning to point it out I'm absolutely sure they'd have found a way to work around it, given that they did ask me for input if they had any other difficulty and had different ways to go. Even took the time to secure the wobbly fence section on the property line to a new post for me when it became obvious the tree they took out was basically the only thing holding it up!

Professional, courteous and clean service from John and his team from start to finish. Adam carried out the initial site clearance and then the groundworker Gerry got to work. Adam was on hand to remove any unwanted materials and brought the new ones along in a timely manner which kept the road and clear. The transformation to the front of our property is absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Contacted John in relation to a large patio overhaul. The scope included groundwork & building of gabion walls and a full patio replacement. We were very impressed with the work ethic & ideas that John & his guys brought to the job. They helped with practical advice ( design, patio colour layout etc). They worked cleanly, politely and were reliable. I would not fail to recommend them for small, medium or ambitious projects.

Recently had a driveway replacement with a resin finish. I am absolutely delighted with the finished project. All the guys who worked on it were hard working and kept the area clean at all times. John's communication was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend to others.
