Fantastic service! What a relief to find dropless. I’m a regular customer with dropless and couldn’t be happier. I have had Lewis clean my car for the past few bookings, he always does a great clean and always calls after to say the job is complete. Life made easy! Thanks again Dropless! It would be great if I could tip via the app but otherwise an excellent service.

Excellent service, and immaculate detailing in and out. Desmond was also a great guy, real friendly and explained about the water system. Also a fan of the fact it saves so much water, which is great! Couldn't fault the price for the service received and have recommended to friends and family.

Booked a full valet for my car. I was not home as I was at work, but left the keys. Overall, vehicle locked clean, but the windows...dear god... As someone else mentioned in another review, the windows are far from being clean. It looks like they cleaned the windows with a dirty mop. I expected more from the 100£ that they are asking for the full valet. It would have been better to take it to the car wash at the corner of the street...Dissapointing. Will never use the service again. Update : I received a phonecall from them apologising about the quality of works. Fair play from them. New operative, not a lot of experience, everybody make mistakes. I was also offered a 50% discount for the next order, so I will consider using Dropless again as they have been more than fair.

Arrived 2hrs early and started without confirming ok. Areas were poorly finished with visible dirt. Finish felt rough to touch. Guy took 50 minutes which is fast for a clean, clay bar and wax. Got online and asked if claybar was used and they said it was. Perhaps he was too fast for the CCTV to capture it. They gave an email address to contact them for complaints which made contacting them via their online chat a complete waste of time. This was the fourth time I used them. There won't be another as I deleted my account.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE. Horrible customer service. The job quality is the worst you can have, just unbeilable. The paint peeled of after less than one year. I contact the customer service (BORIS) but his now saying is nothing to do with them....
